What a gorgeous fall so far this year! I have to admit though that I would be enjoying it more if I could ride. Fall riding and trail riding is my favourite and its been hard for me to sit on the sidelines! For those of you that dont know, at the beginning of October, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc at L5 S1. I have since been doing acupuncture and have been seeing a physiotherapist. My physiotherapist is optimistic about my goal to ride by January 1st at the very very latest, so at least that is good news!

Lainy has continued to ride Maci for me 4 or 5 days a week and she is progressing well. Lainy will continue to ride Maci until I am back in the saddle. We took Maci down to the agriplex for the first time for the reining club ride on Oct 20th. She handled everything like a champ!
